ADD/ADHD Coaching
ADD/ADHD coaching provides practical, personalized support for individuals who struggle with focus, organization, time management, and follow-through. If you have ADD/ADHD and feel overwhelmed, behind, or burned out despite your best efforts, coaching helps you build strategies that work with your brain—not against it.
My ADD/ADHD coaching services are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. Coaching focuses on improving executive functioning skills while reducing shame, self-criticism, and overwhelm commonly associated with ADD/ADHD.
ADD/ADHD Coaching Can Help With:
Time management and chronic procrastination
Executive functioning skills (planning, prioritizing, task initiation)
Organization and follow-through
Emotional regulation and ADHD-related overwhelm
Creating realistic routines and sustainable systems
Accountability and goal completion
ADD/ADHD coaching is not therapy and not about “just trying harder.” It is a structured, supportive process that helps you better understand your ADD/ADHD and develop tools for daily life, work, school, and parenting.
You are not lazy or unmotivated—your brain simply works differently. With the right support, you can improve focus, reduce burnout, and build confidence in your ability to manage responsibilities and reach your goals. ADD/ADHD coaching helps you move from feeling stuck to feeling capable and in control.
