ADHD
I specialize in ADHD treatment and take an ADHD-informed, strengths-based approach to therapy and coaching. I help clients understand how ADHD impacts their attention, organization, emotional regulation, and daily life, while working to reduce shame and self-criticism. Through a combination of psychoeducation, coaching strategies, and therapeutic support, clients build practical skills, self-awareness, and confidence to navigate work, relationships, and life demands more effectively. I am currently completing advance training toward becoming a certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).

Sexual Violence
Survivors of sexual assault and unhealthy romantic relationships keep going. They build careers. Maintain relationships. Show up for others. From the outside, they look completely fine. Survivors of sexual violence can be outwardly successful, capable, and resilient. You may be thriving professionally, managing responsibilities, and showing up for others—while privately carrying anxiety, shame, trust issues, or trauma responses that feel difficult to explain.
High-functioning survivors often tell themselves they should be “fine” or “over it” by now. But trauma doesn’t work that way.
I specialize in working with adult survivors of sexual assault and relationship violence who appear high-functioning but still feel the lasting effects of trauma. My approach is supportive, practical, and grounded in a deep understanding of the complexities survivors face.
Before becoming a private practice therapist, I spent six years at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office as a Victim Advocate, where I supported survivors of dating abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault through the legal system. I worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, helping them navigate both the emotional impact of trauma and the realities that follow it.
In therapy, we focus on helping you make sense of what happened, understand how trauma is affecting you now, and move toward a life that feels more stable, empowered, and authentic.

Women’s Issues
I specialize in providing therapeutic support specifically tailored to women’s issues, recognizing the unique emotional, psychological, and social challenges that women face across different stages of life. This includes navigating relationships, managing anxiety, overcoming trauma, addressing self-esteem, fertility challenges, becoming mothers, and balancing personal and professional roles. I am committed in supporting women to reclaim their strength, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and achieve overall well-being. I am currently completing advanced training toward certification as a Perinatal Mental Health Provider (PMH-C).

Trauma
Helping people with trauma requires the creation of a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and understood. I prioritize building trust and coping strategies, as well as utilizing tailored, evidenced-based therapeutic approaches that address the unique impact trauma has on a person's emotional, cognitive, relational, and physical well-being. Ultimately, trauma therapy aims to empower individuals to process traumatic experiences, reduce symptoms, and foster healing and growth. I provide consistent support, patience, and professional guidance to facilitate long-term recovery.

College Students & Young Adults
I have spent the last 13 years working primarily with older teens and young adults, creating a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel understood while building skills for independence, emotional regulation, and confidence. College and entering the work world are some of the most exciting times of life, yet they can also be some of the most challenging. Therapy is a useful tool that can help individuals adjust to campus life, deal with academic pressure, manage ADHD or anxiety, process a breakup, reflect on friendships, manage family dynamics, and prepare for life after graduation. I create a non-judgmental space for clients to process these changes, build coping skills, develop confidence, and explore who they are and who they want to be.
